Apart from mehendi , Manisha has immense love for cooking. Over the years side by side , she has taken up culinary sessions. She is taking more than 40 categories of cooking classes covering more than 300 dishes. Her profile appears regularly in ‘Good Food Line’  of  ‘The Hindu’,Chennai.

Mrs.  Manisha has a natural instinct towards the art of culinary, which she has learnt and tried over many years . She enjoys the preparation at home and conducts classes at regular intervals to make many housewives learn the art in an easy and friendly sessions. Her classes have become popular due to her simple methods and nice to watch demonstrations.

She teaches variety of vegetarian dishes ranging from spicy chats, fancy starters to tasty parathas & exotic sidedishes and varieties of rice. A regional flavour  a dozen different tasty Dhoklas from Gujarat and  equal number of lipsmacking Bengali sweets. Of course a menu of swiss chocolates, mouth-watering  pudding will sure be a treat to children. Whereas fancy soft-drinks and delicious ice-creams during hot summer would throng all the members of the family to the dining table. The international adaptation of vegetarian dishes includes Chinese, Mexican, Italian delicacies. If there is a party environment your guests would love to enjoy Party Sandwiches and special items from Party cooking.  No vegetarian dishes would get decorated so well, unless there are superb salads with exotic dressings and eye-catching decoration.  Finally after the meals you can serve authentic Churans and Supari’s which would make one forget pan-masalas, and chewing gums.

During  summmer vacation she presents assorted cookery classes specially for students in which she will cover 60 varieties with selections from exotic varieties of parathas, side-dishes, fancy snacks, sandwiches, salads, rice, mexican, italian, sizzlers, soups, south-indian, gujarati, puddings, ice-creams, sweets, chocolates, cakes, cookies, biscuits, cold-drinks, suparis & churans. The course shall be  for 15 days.
Also during vacation she conducts short term classes(3-5 days)  for children to generate interest of cookery in young minds, covering muffins,chocolates, puddings, starters, mocktails, cookies ,pizzas, sandwiches etc.
